Job Summary:

To supervise the service activities in the Land sport aiming all times for the highest possible customer satisfaction. Employee is expected and strongly encouraged to participate and contribute in the comprehensive risk management program, environmental impact assessment, prevention of pollution, enhancement of quality and guest satisfaction and continual improvement plan. He/She should be capable of forming new creative ideas as well as have an eye for creative detail to be able to critique ideas. He/She should also be able to coach less experienced team members, be well-spoken, and be skilled in collaboration and stakeholder management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assign work to junior team members based on specialisations in line with the Entertainment Program.
• The Senior Animator leads the development of animation assets to support the production's creative vision. He/She develops complex animation assets for production and mentors a team of animators to perform animation sequences and complex animation techniques. To supervise and provide activities in the land sport aiming all times for the highest possible customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with Entertainment Manager / Supervisor/ Entertainment Team Leader to create a safe environment for all guests attending the entertainment activities.
• Create an inventory for all games / equipment at working area.
• Ensure all equipment are cleaned and properly maintained.
• Inform Entertainment Manage/ Assistant of Entertainment Manager/ Supervisor/ Team Leader for any need additional games/ equipment or replacement of items.
• Ensure to follow daily/ weekly activities schedules as instructed by Entertainment Manage/ Assistant of Entertainment Manager/ Supervisor/ Team Leader.
• Maintain working place clean and tidy at all times.
• Be fully aware of Entertainment programs, facilities, timings, promotions and prices.
• Working experience in Entertainment for 2 years.
