Job Requirements:

1. Project Planning and Coordination:

• Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and timelines.

• Help identify and allocate resources effectively.

• Contribute to risk identification and mitigation planning.

• Assist in developing communication plans and stakeholder management strategies.

2. Administrative Support:

• Manage project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project reports.
• Schedule and coordinate project meetings, workshops, and other events.
• Track project progress and create status reports for stakeholders.
• Assist in managing project budgets and invoices.
• Maintain project files and records.

3. Team Support:

• Assist in team communication and coordination.
• Provide administrative support to team members.
• Help resolve minor issues and roadblocks.

4. Hospitality Industry Knowledge:

• Should have good Hospitality IT Applications and IT Infra project experience
• Possess deep understanding of Interfaces
• Strong understanding of compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., data privacy, security).

5. Stakeholder Management:

• Assist in communicating project updates to stakeholders
• Build and maintain relationships with team members and stakeholders

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project etc.
• Attention to detail
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• PMP or Prince2 or any Project Management certification
• IT Infra, Applications and ERP Implementation Projects experience is preferred.
• Must have experience in Hospitality Industry
• 10 years of experience in a similar field.
