Your Role

As a Lifestyle Fitness Coach, you will lead a variety of group fitness and wellness activities for our guests, including Functional Training, Yoga, Tabata, TRX, and Water Gymnastics, while ensuring all programs align with JA’s service and safety standards.

You will play a key role in promoting a healthy, active lifestyle and creating memorable experiences through engaging, safe, and professionally delivered wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver group wellness activities such as functional training, yoga, Tabata, TRX, and water gymnastics

• Manage and maintain all wellness equipment and related inventory

• Support the Land Sports and Entertainment teams when required

• Supervise and assist guests during scheduled wellness and lifestyle activities

• Ensure activities are conducted safely and in line with JA Hotels & Resorts standards

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of wellness and activity areas

• Report equipment needs, repairs, or replacements to management

• Stay informed on entertainment programs, schedules, promotions, and facilities

• Comply with all health, safety, fire, and security regulations

• Participate in resort entertainment events as needed

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications & Experience:

• High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in leisure, recreation, wellness, or events

• Experience in resort, hotel, or sports environments preferred

Skills:

• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)

• Confident and engaging personality with excellent guest interaction

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

• Well-organized, proactive, and safety-focused

• Passion for fitness, wellness, and guest satisfaction
