Job Summary:
The AC Technician is responsible for performing scheduled preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all centralized air conditioning systems including Heat Pumps, Package Units, Split AC units, FCUs, VRV, and VAV systems. The role ensures all maintenance work complies with technical specifications and contractual requirements to maintain optimal system performance and guest comfort within the hotel.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on centralized air conditioning systems, including Central Plants, AHUs, Package Units, FCUs, VRV, and split AC units.
• Handle installation, servicing, and maintenance of HVAC equipment, pumps, motors, and pipe connections.
• Monitor system operations, identify faults, and report issues promptly to supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, refrigeration principles, and HVAC control operations.
• Operate and maintain HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment effectively.
• Apply basic electrical knowledge relevant to HVAC systems.
• Communicate clearly, work independently, and maintain a proactive, team-oriented approach.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and assist with additional duties as required.

Experience and Skills:

• NCVT Diploma or ITI Technical Certificate in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration from a recognized institute.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in facilities management or maintenance of high-rise buildings, villa complexes, commercial buildings, banks, schools, colleges, or hotels.
• Strong communication skills and a self-motivated attitude.
• Ability to read and write in English is required; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
