Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Hotel Manager to lead our passionate team and elevate guest experiences at one of the UAE’s most iconic resort destinations. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader, results-driven, and capable of fostering a positive, high-performing culture while maintaining the exceptional standards that define JA Resorts & Hotels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all hotel operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Inspire, mentor, and develop team members, fostering motivation and high performance.
• Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and revenue optimization.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory standards.
• Handle guest feedback promptly, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Events teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Oversee property maintenance, cleanliness, and overall presentation.
• Prepare insightful reports on operational performance and guest satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, the local community, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably within the UAE or similar hospitality market.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire diverse teams.
• Proven experience in budgeting, revenue management, and operational excellence.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in Arabic is considered an advantage.
