Position Summary:

JA Hatta Fort Hotel is seeking a commercially driven, analytical, and proactive Revenue Manager to maximize all revenue streams, including Rooms and other revenue-generating departments. The role requires strong collaboration across departments to ensure optimal business mix, pricing strategy, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximize revenue across Rooms and other departments.
• Lead cross-functional decisions on pricing, inventory, and marketing strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor rates, RevPAR, and booking patterns; provide actionable insights.
• Chair weekly Revenue Meetings and present data-driven reports.
• Forecast demand, optimize booking pace, and manage group sell strategies.
• Oversee daily revenue system (Protel) and manage distribution channels ensuring rate parity.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and provide technical guidance to Reservations and Front Office teams.
• Ensure compliance with JA Resorts & Hotels revenue management standards and policies.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of hotel industry experience, including at least 3 years in a Revenue Management role.
• Proven success in maximizing revenue and profitability through strategic pricing and forecasting.

Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Protel system.
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
• Ability to build consensus, influence decisions, and lead cross-departmental collaboration.
• Knowledge of local market dynamics and competitor benchmarking.
