Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive IT Project Manager to support the implementation of hospitality technology projects across JA Resorts & Hotels. Reporting to the Senior IT Project Manager, this role focuses on the delivery of guest-centric systems, including Oracle Opera Cloud and Simphony Cloud, across hotel properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project workstreams and coordinate activities with internal teams, vendors, and hotel operations.
- Support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Opera Cloud and Simphony Cloud.
- Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with guest experience goals.
- Identify risks and contribute to mitigation planning.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Senior IT Project Manager.
- Contribute to project governance and post-implementation reviews.
- Manage project budgets and resources within the AED 20,000 – 23,000 range.
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality IT project delivery, preferably within hotel or resort environments.
- Hands-on involvement in Oracle Opera Cloud and Simphony Cloud implementations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams.
- Experience working within defined project budgets (AED 20,000 – 23,000 range).
- Familiarity with guest-centric technologies and hotel operations.
- Proactive, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
