We are seeking a proactive and passionate Assistant Manager – HR & L&D to support our people strategy and contribute to an engaged, high-performing workforce.

Position Summary

The Assistant Manager – HR & L&D will support the day-to-day HR operations and lead Learning & Development initiatives across the hotel. This role is responsible for employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and delivering training programs that enhance team capability and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate and deliver L&D programs in line with organizational goals.
• Assist in performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain HR systems, records, and reports with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE labour law, and HR standards.
• Partner with department heads to identify training needs and implement learning solutions.
• Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with JA Resorts & Hotels values.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR and/or L&D, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems.
• Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work in a dynamic environment.
