We’re seeking an innovative, fearless, and highly skilled Head Mixologist to craft an unforgettable beverage identity, lead a top-tier team, and make every guest interaction at OIA a memorable experience.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

• Design and deliver a signature cocktail program that complements OIA’s energetic, Mediterranean-inspired vibe

• Lead, train, and inspire the bar team to wow guests consistently

• Oversee bar operations: efficiency, cleanliness, safety, and precision at all times

• Collaborate with culinary, service, and entertainment teams to create cohesive, show-stopping events at OIA

• Manage inventory, costing, and stock rotation — accuracy and budget control is non-negotiable

• Drive guest engagement through storytelling, mixology demonstrations, and personalized experiences

• Track global trends and continuously innovate to keep OIA’s beverage program fresh, dynamic, and ahead of the curve

• Mixology expert with a proven track record leading bar teams in high-end or high-volume venues

• Master of classic and modern techniques with strong creative vision

• Exceptional leader, communicator, and mentor — you inspire your team

• Deep knowledge of spirits, flavors, and craft techniques; trend-savvy and experimental

• Guest-centric with the ability to create interactive, memorable moments

• Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments without ever compromising quality

• Previous experience in upscale restaurants, lounges, or poolside venues is a plus
