Guest Service Agent - Female
Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Female Guest Service Agent to ensure all guests receive a warm, courteous, and memorable experience, especially those staying in executive rooms. You will anticipate guest needs, provide personalized service, and contribute to the overall excellence of JA Hatta Fort Hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and check-in/check-out guests with personalized service
Provide guest assistance, information, and guidance throughout the resort
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
Promote hotel services, upselling, and loyalty programs (JA Discovery)
Maintain accurate guest records and ensure data compliance
Ensure lobby cleanliness and a welcoming environment
Escort VIP guests and assist with special arrangements
Support smooth communication with other departments
Requirements:
Female candidates only
High school or vocational diploma/certificate
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a hotel of comparable rating
Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office; Protel preferred)
Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
Professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and strong organizational skills
