JA Ocean View Hotel is looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. If you love creating memorable dishes, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, and enjoy working with a team that values creativity and consistency — we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:
• Run your assigned section with confidence and excellence
• Prepare high-quality dishes that meet our standards for taste and presentation
• Support daily operations, mise en place, and smooth service flow
• Guide and train Commis Chefs to help them grow
• Maintain top-tier hygiene, food safety, and full HACCP compliance

What You Bring:
• Previous experience as Chef de Partie in a 4–5 star hotel or quality restaurant
• Strong foundation in culinary techniques and kitchen operations
• A positive attitude and passion for delicious, well-presented food
• Team spirit — because great food is always a team effort!
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards
