We are seeking a Demi Chef De Partie – Pastry who takes pride in craftsmanship, has an eye for detail, and is inspired to create refined desserts that elevate the guest experience.
Your Role:
Create and present elegant pastries and desserts that reflect the hotel’s premium standards
Support the Pastry Chef and Chef de Partie in delivering innovative and consistent pastry offerings
Uphold the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste
Maintain immaculate kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
Contribute ideas, techniques, and passion to a dynamic culinary team
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in luxury hotels or fine-dining establishments
A strong foundation in classical and modern pastry techniques
A creative mindset paired with discipline and consistency
A true passion for pastry, detail, and guest delight
