Job Specification:

To ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the JA Sports Centre by providing excellent guest service, maintaining facilities and equipment, and supporting sports activities and events in a safe, professional, and welcoming environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist all guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Support guests with equipment setup, such as manequines, poles, goals, water and ice

• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

• Ensure all sports equipment is clean, in good condition, and safely stored after each session.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all public and staff areas within the Sports Centre.

Experience and Skills:

·       Previous experience in a sports, recreation, or hospitality environment preferred.

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

·       Enthusiastic, energetic, and guest-focused personality.

·       Basic knowledge of popular sports (football, cricket, tennis, etc.).

·       Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

·       Physically fit and able to perform outdoor duties in varying conditions.
