KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and offer personalized recommendations.

• Serve meals efficiently while ensuring presentation and quality standards.

• Communicate guest requests and special requirements to the kitchen and bar teams.

• Process bills accurately and handle payments with precision.

• Assist with setting up dining areas, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting colleagues.

• Follow all JA Resorts & Hotels standards, SOPs, and LQA guidelines.

• Maintain professionalism, technical accuracy, and efficiency at all times.
