Are you passionate about fine wines, bold flavors, and unforgettable dining experiences?
Our newest culinary destination, The Smokin’ GUN, is looking for a Wine Sommelier to elevate our steakhouse experience and bring our wine story to life.

What you’ll do:
• Curate and manage an exceptional wine list to complement premium cuts and signature dishes
• Guide guests with confident wine recommendations and pairings
• Deliver engaging, refined wine service with personality and flair
• Support staff training and uphold the highest service standards

What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience as a Wine Sommelier in a high-end steakhouse or luxury dining venue
• Strong wine knowledge with a passion for guest interaction
• Certification (WSET or equivalent) is an advantage
• A confident communicator with a refined, guest-focused approach
