IT SUPPORT MANAGER

JA Resorts & Hotels | UAE | Full-Time

The Role

JA Resorts & Hotels is seeking an experienced IT Support Manager with a strong hospitality background and a passion for service excellence. This role leads hotel IT support operations, ensuring reliable systems, seamless connectivity, and outstanding support for both guests and associates.

You will work closely with the IT Application Manager to deliver operational excellence across hotel systems, infrastructure, networking, and Oracle Opera Cloud and Simphony Cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing IT Support team

  • Oversee daily IT support operations, ensuring timely issue resolution and high user satisfaction

  • Manage system lifecycle activities, including deployments, migrations, optimization, and continuous improvement

  • Support and drive Oracle Opera Cloud and Simphony Cloud rollouts across hotel properties

  • Ensure stable network, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi infrastructure across operations

  • Partner with hotel operations and corporate IT to align technology with business needs

  • Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and service excellence

  • Manage resources effectively with a cost-conscious mindset

Candidate Profile

  • Senior IT professional with proven hospitality IT support experience

  • Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing IT support teams

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Opera Cloud and Simphony Cloud

  • Experience with payment systems is an advantage

  • Solid networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, infrastructure)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work independently in multicultural environments

  • Strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
