The Role

JA Resorts & Hotels is seeking a results-driven IT Senior Project Manager with a strong hospitality background to lead large-scale, business-critical technology projects. This role plays a key part in delivering complex implementations across multiple hotel properties, with a strong focus on Oracle Opera Cloud, Simphony Cloud, and Oracle EBS ERP.

You will bring a hands-on, hotelier mindset, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of hospitality IT projects, including Opera Cloud, Simphony Cloud, and Oracle EBS ERP

• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, hotel operations, and external vendors

• Ensure strong project governance, risk management, and quality control

• Drive continuous improvement and post-implementation optimization

• Provide clear reporting on project milestones, risks, and KPIs to senior leadership

Candidate Profile

• Senior IT professional with proven hospitality IT project management experience

• Successful delivery of Oracle Opera Cloud and Simphony Cloud implementations

• End-to-end Oracle EBS ERP rollout experience (critical requirement)

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage multicultural teams and complex project environments

• Detail-oriented, delivery-focused, and highly organized
