We are seeking a talented Female Chef de Cuisine with a passion for Southeast Asian cuisine — preferably Thai — to lead our iconic White Orchid kitchen.
What You’ll Do
Lead and oversee daily kitchen operations with hands-on excellence
Ensure consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, taste & safety
Drive authentic Southeast Asian (Thai preferred) culinary identity
Train, mentor, and inspire kitchen teams in line with hotel and municipality standards
Maintain full compliance with HACCP & food safety requirements
Collaborate across departments to enhance guest satisfaction and financial performance
Ensure brand standards and exceptional dining experiences at every service
What We’re Looking For
Female Thai Chef preferred
Experience as Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in an Asian (preferably Thai) restaurant for at least 4 years
Culinary Degree / Diploma in Food Production
Advanced Food Hygiene & HACCP certification
Strong leadership and communication skills in English
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
