YOUR MISSION
Be the professional, friendly, and efficient first contact for guests placing Room Service orders. Accurately capture orders, deliver a seamless experience, and ensure every guest interaction leaves a lasting impression.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet guests warmly by name and provide exceptional assistance.

• Accurately take Food & Beverage orders and suggest enhancements to elevate the experience.

• Communicate expected delivery times clearly to the guest.

• Input orders precisely into the POS system and raise accurate bills.

• Post bills after confirming guest names and room numbers.

• Support team members with mise-en-place or as directed by the Line Manager.

• Follow all JA Resorts & Hotels standards, SOPs, and LQA guidelines.

• Ensure technical accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company policy at all times.
