We are looking for an Assistant Outlet Manager with a proven track record in Room Dining and All-Day Dining, Dubai experience is a must, and a passion for leading high-performing teams.

YOUR MISSION

  • Drive operational excellence, service quality, and team performance at Aqua.

  • Ensure seamless execution of daily dining operations, special events, and themed experiences.

  • Maintain high standards in guest satisfaction, presentation, and beverage & food quality.

  • Mentor, train, and inspire your team to exceed expectations.

WHAT IT TAKES TO STAND OUT

  • Prior experience in Room Dining and All-Day Dining.

  • Solid Dubai F&B experience required.

  • Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Passion for delivering exceptional, memorable guest experiences.
