ROLE OVERVIEW

You will be part of a bespoke private kitchen, catering to a household with discerning tastes and international culinary preferences. This is a live-in position, offering stability and a well-structured working environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and present international cuisine to a high standard

• Assist with menu planning based on preferences and seasonal ingredients

• Maintain excellent hygiene, organisation, and food safety standards

• Manage your section with professionalism and attention to detail

• Work collaboratively within a small, trusted kitchen team

• Maintain strict confidentiality at all times

REQUIREMENTS & PREFERENCES

• Cuisine: International

• Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience as Chef de Partie or similar role

• Language: Good English communication skills (spoken and basic written)

• Certifications: Food hygiene / culinary certification preferred

• Expected Joining Date: End of March / Beginning of April
