We're searching for a Greek Nationality Chef de Cuisine to take ownership of our Greek culinary offering and create unforgettable dining experiences at one of Dubai's most iconic beach resorts.

If you know how to turn fresh ingredients, traditional recipes, and genuine hospitality into something guests talk about long after their meal, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Lead and inspire the kitchen team in delivering exceptional Greek cuisine

Ensure every dish is beautifully presented, full of flavour, and prepared to the highest quality standards

Take ownership of all Greek menu offerings, maintaining authenticity and consistency

Drive culinary innovation while preserving traditional Greek flavors

Train, mentor, and develop kitchen associates

Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards

Work closely with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef to deliver memorable dining experiences

What We're Looking For

Greek Nationality (Essential)

Culinary Degree or Diploma

Advanced Food Hygiene & HACCP Certification

Minimum 10 years of culinary experience

At least 4 years in a luxury 5-star hotel environment

Minimum 2 years in a similar leadership role

Strong English communication skills

Passion for authentic Greek cuisine and Mediterranean hospitality

Leadership skills with a hands-on approach
