We're looking for a Turkish Nationality Sous Chef to support our culinary leadership team and help deliver exceptional dining experiences at one of Dubai's most iconic resort destinations.

What You'll Do

· Support the Chef de Cuisine in leading daily kitchen operations

· Ensure every dish is prepared and presented to the highest quality standards

· Deliver authentic flavours with consistency, creativity, and attention to detail

· Lead, mentor, and develop kitchen associates

· Maintain exceptional food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards

· Drive operational excellence while creating memorable guest experiences

· Be a hands-on leader during service and inspire the team through example

What You'll Bring

· Turkish Nationality (Essential)

· Culinary Degree or Diploma

· Minimum 8 years' culinary experience

· At least 4 years in a luxury 5-star hotel environment

· Minimum 2 years in a similar role

· Food Hygiene Certification (PIC Level 3)

· Strong English communication skills

· Passion for authentic cuisine, quality, and teamwork
