We're looking for an exceptional Lady in Blue to become the heart of the guest experience and the face of our hospitality. As our Resort Ambassador, you will bring the JA spirit to life through every interaction, delivering authentic service, anticipating guest needs, and creating lasting memories from arrival to departure.

Your Role

· You will be the first smile that welcomes guests, the trusted point of contact throughout their stay, and the lasting impression they take home with them.

· Create memorable arrivals, stays, and farewells

· Welcome and engage guests with genuine hospitality

· Build meaningful relationships and personalize guest experiences

· Coordinate VIP arrivals and special occasions

· Resolve guest concerns with confidence and care

· Promote resort experiences, dining, wellness, and leisure offerings

· Gather guest feedback and turn insights into exceptional service

· Work closely with teams across the resort to deliver seamless experiences

What We're Looking For

· Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or luxury hospitality

· Experience within a 5-star hotel or resort environment

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

· A genuine passion for service excellence

· Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)

· A warm, confident, and engaging personality
