What You'll Do

As an HR Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring our associates feel supported throughout their journey with JA by:

· Managing the end-to-end vacation process, from requests to flight ticket issuance

· Assisting with the daily operations of the Human Resources Department

· Supporting associates with HR-related queries, requests, and documentation

· Coordinating employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and celebrations

· Preparing certificates, birthday cards, name badges, and associate communications

· Assisting with attendance administration and payroll-related submissions

· Supporting employee relations matters, disciplinary meetings, and investigations

· Coordinating transportation requests and other associate services

· Maintaining accurate HR records, filing systems, and departmental documentation

· Working closely with teams across the hotel to deliver a seamless associate experience

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

· High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

· 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources

Skills

· Strong Microsoft Office skills

· Good written and verbal English communication skills

· Strong organizational and administrative abilities

· Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping people

· Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and care

Ideal Candidate Profile

In addition to the required HR experience, the ideal candidate will have:

· Learning & Development experience or exposure

· A valid UAE Driving Licence

A genuine passion for supporting people and creating positive workplace experiences
