At JA Hatta Fort Hotel, we believe great food creates unforgettable moments. We're looking for a Junior Sous Chef who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in every plate, and is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences.

What you'll do:

  • Support the Executive Sous Chef and Senior Sous Chef in leading daily kitchen operations

  • Deliver high-quality food with outstanding presentation and attention to detail

  • Ensure menu consistency, food safety, and operational excellence

  • Inspire and guide the culinary team while maintaining high standards

  • Help create memorable dining experiences for every guest

What we're looking for:

  • Culinary Degree or Culinary Diploma

  • Intermediate Food Hygiene Certification

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel environment

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

  • Good computer skills and fluency in English

  • A passion for quality, teamwork, and hospitality
