What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and inspire the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations during service

• Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and create memorable moments

• Support, coach, and develop team members through ongoing training and guidance

• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, service quality, and presentation

• Assist with roster planning, inventory control, and operational efficiency

• Handle guest feedback professionally and turn challenges into positive experiences

• Work closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in Hospitality Management

• Basic & Intermediate Food Hygiene Certification

• Leadership and Train-the-Trainer certifications are an advantage

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a hotel or upscale dining environment

• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and service standards

• Experience training and leading multicultural teams

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
