At JA Hatta Fort Hotel, we're looking for a friendly and energetic Waitperson who loves connecting with people and delivering exceptional service.

If you're passionate about hospitality and enjoy creating memorable moments for guests, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

  • Deliver outstanding food and beverage service

  • Welcome guests and create a warm dining experience

  • Take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure guest satisfaction

  • Share menu knowledge and recommend dishes and beverages

  • Maintain service standards, hygiene, and food safety procedures

  • Support smooth restaurant operations through teamwork and attention to detail

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role

  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards

  • Basic understanding of POS systems and cashiering procedures

  • HACCP and Food Hygiene certification preferred

  • Basic English communication skills

  • Positive attitude, friendly personality, and a passion for service
