WHAT YOU BRING

· Minimum 2 years' experience in an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role

· Luxury hotel, resort, or high-quality restaurant experience

· Strong food & beverage knowledge and operational expertise

· Experience managing costs, inventory, and outlet performance

· A passion for coaching, developing, and inspiring teams

· Confidence leading multicultural teams in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
