YOUR ROLE

As Concierge, you are the face of the guest journey — welcoming guests, creating meaningful connections, and ensuring every stay feels personal, seamless, and exceptional.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver personalized, high-level guest service from arrival to departure

• Be the expert on resort facilities, dining, experiences, and local attractions

• Manage restaurant reservations, tours, transportation, and special requests

• Build strong guest relationships to drive loyalty and repeat visits

• Coordinate VIP services, amenities, celebrations, and special setups

• Promote resort experiences and offers to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue

• Liaise with Front Office and internal teams for seamless service delivery

• Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, and service follow-ups

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent

• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel or luxury resort

• Knowledge of OPERA / Protel PMS and Microsoft Office

• Strong English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage)

• Confident, well-groomed, service-driven, and solution-oriented
