Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and guest-focused Assistant Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of Offside. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional service delivery, smooth operations, and achievement of revenue targets while maintaining JA Resorts & Hotels’ high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient service.

• Lead, motivate, and coach the bar and service teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Maintain consistency in food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.

• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health, and safety regulations (HACCP).

• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.

• Assist the Director of F&B in developing budgets, forecasts, and promotional strategies.

• Maximize profitability through effective cost control, stock management, and upselling.

• Participate in planning and executing themed events, live screenings, and promotions.

• Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, bar, and service teams.

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Uphold JA Resorts & Hotels’ brand standards, grooming, and service excellence.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in a high-volume bar, pub, or casual dining outlet (sports bar experience preferred).

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of bar operations, mixology, and beverage trends.

• Proven record of achieving revenue and guest satisfaction goals.

• Proficiency in POS systems and understanding of financial reports.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexible working hours.
