We are seeking a passionate and driven F&B Supervisor who is ready to take the next step in their hospitality career and play a key role in leading daily operations, motivating teams, and ensuring service excellence at every touchpoint.

The ideal candidate will embody our Warm, Fresh and Real personality by leading with authenticity, bringing energy and professionalism to the team, and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Your Experience & Expertise

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an F&B Supervisor or in a similar role within a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, cashiering procedures, and POS systems.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent guest service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Passion for creating memorable dining experiences and driving service excellence.

Professional Profile

• College Degree or equivalent, preferably in Hospitality Management.
• HACCP Certification (Basic).
• Food Hygiene Certification (Basic).
• Train the Trainer Certification preferred.
• WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) Basic Certification preferred.
• Leadership Training.
• Supervisory Training.
