About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic F&B Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets at JA Hatta Fort Hotel. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, and maintain alignment with JA Resorts & Hotels’ renowned quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Assistant F&B Manager in implementing departmental policies, standards, and objectives.
• Supervise and coordinate operations of restaurants, bars, banquets, and catering services.
• Assist in menu planning, pricing, promotions, and event execution to drive revenue.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor departmental financial performance.
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver outstanding service and uphold brand standards.
• Analyze guest feedback, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, safety, and labor regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar F&B leadership role, preferably in a 4–5 star hotel.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is considered an advantage.
• Creativity, passion for hospitality, and a customer-centric mindset.
