JA Ocean View Hotel is seeking a confident, energetic, and service-driven  Assistant Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations at our signature Greek restaurant and pool lounge - OIA. This vibrant venue features an authentic Greek menu crafted to tantalize the senses, lively weekly brunch pool parties, captivating Greek-themed evenings, handcrafted cocktails, and vibrant entertainment—all set against breathtaking views of Ain Dubai and the Arabian Gulf.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Greek restaurant and pool lounge to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Lead and support the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Manage staff scheduling, training needs, and performance standards
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness, safety, and operational compliance
• Coordinate with culinary, bar, and entertainment teams to deliver seamless themed evenings and events
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance guest engagement, service quality, and overall venue performance
