Lead the adventure at JA Hatta Fort Hotel, where rugged mountains, outdoor exploration, and unforgettable guest experiences come together. We are seeking a dynamic Leisure Manager to drive our recreation and adventure offerings in one of the UAE’s most distinctive resort destinations.

Oversee daily leisure, recreation, and adventure activities, including outdoor and nature-based experiences
Lead and inspire the leisure team to deliver safe, engaging, and memorable guest journeys
Design and enhance adventure programs such as hiking, mountain biking, archery, wellness activities, and family recreation
Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, risk assessments, and operational SOPs
Monitor guest feedback and continuously evolve activities to exceed expectations
Collaborate with Front Office, F&B, and Resort Operations to create seamless guest experiences
Manage scheduling, equipment, inventory, and operational costs
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in Leisure, Recreation, or Adventure Operations Management within a hotel or resort
Passion for outdoor activities, wellness, and experiential hospitality
Strong leadership, communication, and guest-engagement skills
Knowledge of activity safety regulations and risk management
Hands-on, adaptable, and confident working in a fast-paced resort environment
