WE’RE HIRING: FEMALE CONCIERGE SUPERVISOR

From exclusive resort experiences to off-the-beaten-path adventures, JA The Resort is looking for a Female Concierge Supervisor who can curate unforgettable moments inside and outside the resort while leading a high-performing Concierge team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (Duties & Responsibilities)

• Lead and supervise the Concierge team to deliver seamless, personalized guest experiences across the entire resort

• Serve as the key point of contact for VIPs, repeat guests, families, and long-stay visitors

• Possess in-depth knowledge of:

  • Resort facilities, dining venues, activities, spa, golf, equestrian, beach, and leisure offerings

  • City attractions, excursions, cultural experiences, and entertainment

  • Transportation, airport services, and bespoke guest arrangements

• Curate tailored itineraries combining on-property experiences and off-property adventures

• Coordinate reservations, special requests, celebrations, tours, and unique guest moments

• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and turn challenges into service recovery successes

• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and service providers

• Train, mentor, and motivate the Concierge team to consistently exceed service standards

• Ensure compliance with JA brand standards, policies, and operational procedures

• Support Front Office leadership with reporting, scheduling, and daily operations

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (Experience & Skills)

Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a Concierge or Guest Services supervisory role

• Luxury hotel or resort environment experience is essential

• Proven ability to manage VIP and high-profile guest expectations

Skills & Competencies

• Exceptional guest service mindset with strong attention to detail

• Confident leader with the ability to inspire and guide a team

• Strong problem-solving skills and calm decision-making under pressure

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Language & System Skills

• Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage

• Working knowledge of hotel systems and standard computer applications
