 What We’re Looking For

Experience & Education

• Culinary Certificate with minimum 3 years of training, or

• High School / Vocational Diploma in Culinary Arts

• At least 1 year of experience in the same role within a similar property rating

Qualifications

• HACCP – Basic

• Food Hygiene – Basic

Skills

• Strong foundation in kitchen operations and food preparation

• Good understanding of hygiene, safety, and quality standards

• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and timelines

Language & Computer Skills

• Basic English communication skills (verbal & written)

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
