JA Hatta Fort Hotel, a unique mountain resort offering authentic hospitality in a serene natural setting, is seeking a Steward to join its Kitchen Operations team.
If you enjoy working behind the scenes to keep things spotless and running smoothly, we invite you to join our Kitchen Team at the stunning JA Hatta Fort Hotel.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Steward, you play a key role in maintaining high hygiene standards by ensuring all kitchen equipment, utensils, and back‑of‑house areas are clean, sanitized, and well‑organized.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Operate dishwashing machines following set procedures

· Wash tableware, pots, and kitchen equipment

· Clean and sanitize food production and back‑of‑house areas

· Deliver clean ware to kitchens based on outlet requirements

· Dispose of waste safely and correctly

· Clean floors, walls, ceilings, and shelves as per daily schedules

· Strip and polish glassware, silverware, and hollowware when required

· Support the team with any other assigned duties

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

· High School certificate or equivalent

· Vocational Certificate / Diploma preferred

· Basic HACCP & Food Hygiene certification

· Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role

· Basic English communication skills
