At The Manor Hotel by JA, we are committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences and outstanding service to our guests. We are looking for a passionate and driven F&B Supervisor to support daily operations, lead service teams, and ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction across our Food & Beverage outlets.
Your Experience & Expertise
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an F&B Supervisor or in a similar role within a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, cashiering procedures, and POS systems.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent guest service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Passion for hospitality, service excellence, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Professional Profile
• College Degree or equivalent, preferably in Hospitality Management.
• HACCP Certification (Basic).
• Food Hygiene Certification (Basic).
• Train the Trainer Certification preferred.
• WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) Basic Certification preferred.
• Leadership Training.
• Supervisory Training.
