As we prepare to launch the new JA Sports & Shooting Club Center, we are looking for a focused, responsible, and detail-oriented Control Room Attendant to help ensure our operations remain safe, compliant, and efficient.
This is a role where trust matters. Every count, every record, and every handover plays a part in delivering a seamless experience for our guests while upholding the highest safety standards.

Where You'll Make a Difference
As an Ammunition Controller, you'll support the daily operation of the club by managing ammunition inventory, distribution, storage, and monitoring activities while ensuring full compliance with operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
Receiving, storing, and safeguarding ammunition within secure control facilities
Issuing ammunition to authorized team members based on guest purchase requirements
Maintaining accurate ammunition issuance and return records
Conducting daily inventory counts and stock reconciliations
Monitoring ammunition stock levels and reporting discrepancies immediately
Ensuring the safe handling, transportation, and storage of ammunition at all times
Monitoring shooting lanes and range activities through control systems and gallery observation
Identifying unsafe conditions and escalating concerns immediately
Supporting the enforcement of range safety procedures and operational standards
Assisting in maintaining a secure, organized, and well-controlled shooting environment
What You'll Bring
✔ High School Certificate or equivalent
✔ Vocational Diploma or Technical Certification
✔ Certification from an accredited shooting organization, military, or law enforcement agency
✔ Knowledge of ammunition types, calibres, firearms, and shooting operations
✔ Experience in shooting club or range operations
✔ Understanding of firearm safety procedures and operational controls
✔ Basic Microsoft Office skills
✔ Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
✔ A disciplined, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to work
