If you speak Russian, German, or French, love meeting people from around the world, and have a natural talent for making others feel welcome, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing

· Creating exceptional first and last impressions through personalized guest interactions

· Welcoming guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality

· Anticipating guest needs and delivering thoughtful solutions before they're requested

· Acting as a trusted point of contact in the resort lobby, providing information, assistance, and memorable service

· Promoting resort experiences, guest benefits, and loyalty programs that enhance every stay

· Assisting with special occasions, VIP arrivals, and guest celebrations

· Collaborating with colleagues across the resort to ensure every guest journey feels seamless

· Turning feedback, requests, and challenges into opportunities to exceed expectations

What We're Looking For

· Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, guest relations, front office, or a similar guest-facing role

· Confidence in creating personalized and memorable guest experiences

· Excellent communication skills in English

· Additional language skills in Russian, German, or French are highly valued

· Knowledge of hotel systems such as Protel is an advantage

· A naturally warm, engaging, and service-oriented personality

· Someone who thrives in a dynamic luxury hospitality environment
