What You'll Do

✨ Lead and inspire Food & Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service standards across all dining venues.

✨ Drive revenue growth through innovative promotions, engaging events, menu development, and guest-focused experiences.

✨ Partner with culinary and operational teams to create concepts that delight guests and keep pace with evolving market trends.

✨ Oversee staffing, scheduling, inventory control, and cost management to achieve operational excellence and financial targets.

✨ Develop, coach, and empower a diverse team, fostering a culture of performance, engagement, and continuous learning.

✨ Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and JA quality standards while maintaining outstanding guest satisfaction.

✨ Analyze performance metrics, P&L results, food costs, and market benchmarks to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

What We're Looking For

✔ University Degree or equivalent, preferably in Hospitality Management

✔ Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar leadership role within a quality hospitality environment

✔ Strong understanding of restaurant, bar, banquet, and catering operations

✔ Proven success in launching promotions, concepts, and revenue-generating initiatives

✔ Experience leading and developing multicultural teams

✔ Strong financial acumen with knowledge of menu engineering, cost control, inventory management, and P&L performance

✔ Advanced Food Hygiene knowledge and beverage expertise are highly valued

✔ Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
