At JA Hatta Fort Hotel, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Outlet Manager to lead our Food & Beverage operations. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a key outlet, inspire your team, and deliver service excellence while contributing to the success of one of the UAE's most distinctive resort destinations.

The Role

As Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of your assigned outlet. You will ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, maintain the highest service standards, and drive revenue and profitability in line with business objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and manage the daily operation of the outlet, ensuring exceptional guest experiences at all times.

• Maintain the highest standards of food, beverage, and service quality in line with JA Resorts & Hotels standards.

• Take full responsibility for the outlet's operational and financial performance.

• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between service and kitchen teams.

• Monitor service delivery, guest satisfaction, and product quality, taking immediate action where needed.

• Handle guest feedback professionally and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience.

• Provide expert food and beverage recommendations to guests and team members.

• Drive revenue growth through promotions, upselling initiatives, and creative guest engagement opportunities.

• Monitor food cost, inventory levels, and operational expenses to maximize profitability.

• Conduct regular team briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

• Develop, coach, and motivate a multicultural team to achieve operational excellence.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

• Support the launch of promotions, new concepts, and outlet initiatives.

What You'll Bring

• Degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in Hospitality Management.

• Minimum 3 years' experience as an Outlet Manager or in a similar leadership role within a luxury hotel or resort environment.

• Experience managing high-quality restaurants, bars, lounges, or international dining concepts.

• Strong knowledge of menu engineering, cost control, inventory management, and outlet profitability.

• Proven track record of successfully launching promotions and new concepts.

• Demonstrated experience in training and developing teams.

• Experience managing multicultural workforces.

• Intermediate Food Hygiene Certification required.

• WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) certification preferred.

• Train-the-Trainer certification preferred.

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
