As we prepare to launch the new JA Sports & Shooting Club Center, we are looking for an experienced and certified Gunsmith who takes pride in their craft and understands the critical importance of precision, maintenance, and safety.
This role is perfect for a professional who combines technical expertise with a disciplined approach, ensuring every firearm and piece of equipment performs reliably and safely, every single day.
Your Contribution
As our Gunsmith, you will play an essential role in supporting daily Shooting Club operations by maintaining the highest standards of firearm care, functionality, and safety.
Your responsibilities will include:
Inspecting firearms and shooting equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation
Performing routine maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and servicing of Club-owned firearms
Diagnosing faults and carrying out corrective repairs
Replacing worn or damaged firearm components in accordance with manufacturer specifications
Conducting scheduled inspections of firearms, air guns, and related equipment
Maintaining detailed maintenance and repair records
Supporting instructors and range teams with technical firearm-related requirements
Monitoring spare parts inventory and coordinating repair requirements
Ensuring safe storage, handling, and security of firearms at all times
Maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant workshop environment
What You'll Bring
✔ High School Certificate or equivalent
✔ Vocational Diploma or Technical Certification
✔ Certified Gunsmith qualification
✔ Minimum 5 years of firearms maintenance, repair, and servicing experience
✔ Strong knowledge of shooting equipment operation and maintenance
✔ Previous experience working as a Gunsmith
✔ Basic computer literacy
✔ Basic English communication skills
Important Requirement
Due to regulatory requirements, candidates must possess relevant Gunsmith certification and verifiable professional experience within the UAE or documentation that can demonstrate eligibility for approval by the relevant authorities.
Supporting qualifications and experience documents will be subject to review as part of the regulatory approval process.
